QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma.
- At least 5 years’ experience in driving commercial vehicles (Class A)
- Possess a CDL and other appropriate licenses
- Experience in Curriculum Development preferred.

SUPERVISES:

JOB GOALS:
To develop, coordinate, and implement an instructional program for training students to become Class A commercial vehicle operators
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Maintain and upgrade the curriculum.
- Complete all program requisitions.
- Assess all equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Maintain all student academic records for the programs of study you teach.
- Assists with funding proposals for corporate training and grant funding.
- Assists the Financial Aid Office.
- Completes such reports as required by the Federal, State, and Local Agencies, the Board of Directors, and Director of CTE
- Responsible for scheduling all classroom training activities.
- Verifies all student time sheets.
- Responsible for disciplinary actions of students.
- Maintains student time sheets for agency sponsored students.
- Responsible for assisting with state and local audits.
- Plans and recommends program changes as necessary with the Director of CTE
- Attends all meetings requested by the Director of CTE
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
This position shall be employed for 12 months. Salary and benefits to be established by the Board of Directors annually. This positon will work a varied schedule of day and evening hours as needed for based on programmatic scheduling.
EVALUATION:
Performance of the position will be evaluated annually by the Director of CTE in accordance with the provisions of the Board’s Policy on evaluation of personnel. |
