Duties to Include:
- Understanding National School Breakfast Program
- Understanding National School Lunch Program
- Food Preparation on a large production scale
- Utilizing Kitchen Equipment
- Meeting Company’s Expectations
- Understand Company’s Food Concepts
- Daily Production Records and Paperwork
- Facilitate the execution of catered events as needed
- Work with regional chefs to develop and implement recipes
Training School Cafeteria Workers:
- Food Production and Recipes Utilization
- Understanding Functions of Kitchen Equipment
- Meeting Company’s Expectations
- Understand Company’s Food Concepts
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years staff management
- Food Service Experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with reading recipes and basic math conversions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks
